Business Development Associate for the West and North area of Puerto Rico. The BDA is responsible for the ongoing development of the company s Car Retailer network and acts as a Business Consultant to support ongoing development of their business activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

+ Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. BDA is required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.

+ Responsibilities include monthly status meetings, documentation of status reports and follow-up on agreed action plans.

+ Provide recommendations for Business Director approval, business strategies and corrective action plans designed to address Car Program Standards problems and opportunities.

+ In cooperation with the Business Development Director, ensure that corrective action plans are communicated and implemented relating to Car Program Standards.

+ Develop and implement a plan of introduction, orientation and regular follow-up with newly-signed dealers and staff.

+ Assist dealers in coordinating contracts purchase process and make sure all corresponding supporting documentation complies with company s requirements.

+ Assist in the development, implementation and administration of car retail programs and standards designed to enhance retail network. This includes the coordination and administration of the dealers facility design activities

+ Lead regular reviews and updates of the car market, including monitoring actual car retail dealer s situations, and conducts audits & meetings as required.

+ Assist in coordinating the monthly and yearly Sales budget and business plan process for the Company and its Retail Network and monitors it on a monthly basis.

+ Review and develop Sales Policies & Procedures (e.g. Discounts, etc.).

+ Establish annual objectives that focus improving the efficiency and expansion of the Company s motor business and the individual retailer targets for the region.

+ Other special assignments and duties of a general or unspecified nature as may be required to achieve the overall effectiveness of the Business Development Department.
