We currently have a career opportunity available for an?Event Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify and develop appropriate sales contacts and leads.

  • Develop, plan and execute local marketing events, initiatives and strategies to drive Private Dining Events in Restaurant and for Rooftop.

  • Contract, plan and execute corporate and social events.

  • Understand, develop and leverage all local relationships.

  • Participate in executing all hotel marketing initiatives.

  • Guarantee service and all points of guest contact meet Hotel and Restaurant standards.

  • Take ownership of the revenue potential from all customers and markets assigned.

  • Maximize conversion and revenues from all inquiries via telephone, E-mail or in person.

  • Constantly survey and analyze trends and potential of customers.

  • Create and develop new sales strategies and promotions.

  • Participate in professional organizations to maintain high visibility and drive revenues.


  • Previous restaurant and/or hotel event sales experience required.

  • Proven track record of exceeding goals through individual sales efforts.

  • A comprehensive understanding of the local market.

  • Basic computer skills including typing, using MS Office products and using Opera.

  • Food and beverage, private dining and catering experience required.

  • Must be flexible and able to work mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends and/or holidays and travel as required.
