ECOMMERCE MARKETING COORDINATOR Robert Graham and SWIMS, a pair of luxury retail lifestyle brands, are seeking a motivated and talented eCommerce Marketing Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce and the VP of Marketing, the eCommerce Marketing Coordinator will monitor the ongoing performance of the ecommerce businesses, assist with facilitating daily site operations, serve as brand liaison to third-party marketing agencies, and support the ecommerce and marketing teams. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following: Marketing Support Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer acquisition and customer retention marketing programs Work with internal and external partners to optimize programs to meet financial performance goals Partner with marketing team members to support key calendar initiatives, including product line launches, merchandising stories, and promotional time periods Serve as primary point of contact with marketing agencies that manage Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Display programs. Provide brand and promotional assets, facilitate merchandise direction, and collaborate on performance reporting Site Operations Monitor site functionality from a Quality Assurance (QA) perspective Review site elements and functionalities to ensure ongoing operations Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support site roadmap development Reporting Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting on site activity, marketing programs, and overall business performance Review site key performance indicators, including conversion rate, bounce rate, time on site, and other engagement metrics Analyze ecommerce, merchandising, and other internal reporting, identify areas of opportunity for business growth, and present compelling business cases Deliver recaps to communicate how trends and product performance are contributing to business goals, producing actionable insights to grow sales Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in a related field with 1-3 years of relevant work experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Quantitative acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make specific recommendations Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify Plus a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills and ability to effectively deliver both short-term and long-term projects Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Supportive team player Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment A personal interest in digital marketing and ecommerce Knowledge of the fashion ecommerce space a plus
