Manage partner relationships ensuring deepening of relationships, growth in commitments, and creating (RED) champions inside of brand partners. Develop and execute strategy to integrate short term partners into key (RED) campaigns including (SHOPATHON)RED . Assist in converting promotional partners to longer term and more financially viable partnerships. Manage cross-team partnerships efforts including campaign recaps, day-to-day support and relationship management, facilitate workflows and other needs. Manage Partnerships Associate and Partnerships interns. Become the resident expert on all things relating to individual partner brands and work with internal team across all disciplines (comms/PR, impact, digital/social, marketing, design, etc) to ensure seamless collaboration on all partnership goals both overall and individually for each partner Maintain accuracy of partner data in Salesforce. Co-plan the bi-annual (RED) Partner Summit: Secure and coordinate with the venue, coordinate with partner guests, assist in building out the meeting agenda and handle day-of logistics. The Partnerships Manager is a mid-level professional role and will serve as an individual contributor within Partnerships. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives; Serve as an internal resource for the Partnerships team. Research projected costs for departmental activities upon request and recommend expenditures to budget manager while ensuring proper approvals have been obtained for business expenditures within assigned budget.
